Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work closely with a team of financial experts to serve in-person and virtual clients, driving end-to-end tax solutions and fostering long-term relationships within the community. You will grow the local client base, leverage marketing tools, and connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll,

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in marketing/branding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and small business).
• Assist in growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in collaboration with specialists.
