Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with clients to understand their complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You will build local relationships, participate in community events, and contribute to growing TurboTax client base while delivering exceptional service both in person and via Intuit

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week, with training and uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and high‑quality service in person and virtually.
• Maintain strong relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term engagements.
