Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will interact with clients in-person and virtually, building relationships while delivering tax solutions and connecting clients to additional Intuit offerings. You will act as a community ambassador, drive local growth, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes (as required by law).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hrs/week, 8am-5pm.
• Willing to complete required training and wear provided uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and return preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Lead discovery sessions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, both in-person and via Intuit tools.
