Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and trusted advisory services at local TurboTax locations.

You will work onsite, serving in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through personal and business tax needs and coordinating with a broader team of specialists. You will actively grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and leverage marketing tools to expand TurboTax presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal & state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office (8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week).
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full-service preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Build local client base through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Develop relationships to convert one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via Intuit tools.
