Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location across the United States.

You will work with a team of financial professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a full Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local market growth driver, building a base of clients through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and virtually.
