Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance to both in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to provide end-to-end solutions and foster long-term client relationships within the local community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns (30+ federal/state) per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Training, compliance, and uniform requirements; ability to be featured in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and ongoing tax support.
