Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert advice.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, collaborating with a team of specialists to provide end-to-end tax solutions and grow the local client base through outreach and community partnerships. You will connect clients to Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other offerings,

Qualifications

• At least one of EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or planning.
