Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States, serving as trusted advisors who help customers navigate their tax needs.

You’ll perform full-service tax return preparation, deliver expert tax advice, and work closely with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to provide end-to-end support. You’ll also grow the local client base, build community relationships, and promote TurboTax

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA/attorney credentials and tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms, plus may participate in advertising with name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador, building a local client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with cross-functional teams for holistic solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions.
