Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax guidance at dedicated locations. You will connect clients with a broader team of specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver personalized service. The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and comfort using Intuit tools

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8am-5pm.
• Willing to training and uniforms, advertising use of name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, etc.
• Build long-term relationships through in-person and virtual meetings.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and professional service.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources to drive client engagement.
