Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will offer personalized tax solutions, connect clients with Intuit resources, and help grow a local client base through community outreach. You’ll work onsite, engage in meetings, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end service and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory.
• Onsite at TurboTax office from 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20 hours+/wk.
• Willing to training, compliance, cross-training, and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniform and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in growing local client base and marketing with support.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Grow local client base, with outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build long-term relationships and trust with community.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
