Intuit, Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver in-person tax preparation and advisory services at designated TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will work onsite with a team, discussing personal and business tax scenarios, and coordinating with specialists to provide end-to-end support. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage TurboTax tools to expand services.

Formación

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into other service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to training and professional development; uniforms provided; marketing enabled presence.
• Interest in building local and online community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain ongoing client relationships.
