Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and proactive advisory services at dedicated locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a network of tax and advisory specialists to serve both personal and business clients in person and virtually. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and help clients optimize their tax outcomes while delivering a seamless, best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Partner with a broader team of specialists for holistic advice (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Represent the local TurboTax presence in marketing efforts and events.
