Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work closely with a team of financial professionals to deliver end-to-end, personalized tax solutions and build lasting client relationships in your local community. Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation for personal and business income, plus advisory services, with opportunities to grow the client base through outreach

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be capable of onsite work at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, ~20 hrs/week.
• Must complete training/development per business needs; uniforms and branding participation expected.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence; content creation per Intuit policies.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Drive local growth by identifying prospects through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat engagements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, guiding clients toward tax goals and future planning.
