Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with individuals and small businesses, offering in-depth tax support, deductions optimization, and access to additional Intuit services.

This role emphasizes building local client bases, community presence, and year-round customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms; advertising may be used.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Handle personal and business tax scenarios, deductions optimization, and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, delivering a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools; address inquiries and tax challenges.
