Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building lasting relationships and guiding them through complex tax scenarios while coordinating with a broader Intuit team. You will grow the local client base, deliver personalized tax solutions, and help clients navigate tax planning, investments, and business income

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Interest in expanding to bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local growth by outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit Eco-system including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and drive client loyalty.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person and virtual customer experience.
