Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning. This on-site role emphasizes client relationships, accuracy, and a seamless end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) certification or active CPA/Practicing Attorney preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development; cross-training possible.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence through content and events.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; capable of holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as needed.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding clients' complete financial picture.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via remote tools.
