You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while building lasting relationships in the community. The role emphasizes a trusted advisory approach, in-person and virtual client support, and ongoing training to expand service capabilities.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns experience with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into broader tax services with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax offices, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax advisory teams.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Deliver seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with teammates.
