Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return prep, accounting advice, and software support, while coordinating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end‑to‑end client experiences.

You will grow the local client base, build trust in your community, and leverage Intuit marketing resources to drive loyalty and cross‑sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax season prep on 30+ returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hrs/week.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and participate in branding.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business scenarios.
• Lead local growth through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Serve as the local face of TurboTax, driving client loyalty and brand awareness.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial situations and connect them to Intuit solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via virtual tools.
