Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and personalized advice at a local TurboTax location. You will work in a team of financial professionals, assisting clients with tax returns, planning, and software support, while expanding local client relationships.

You will collaborate across services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, bringing a complete financial view to clients and driving community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
