Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and in-depth tax advice at local locations in the United States. You will connect with clients, perform complex tax reviews, and work with a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end service.

You’ll grow your local client base through community outreach while leveraging Intuit marketing resources. This role emphasizes hands-on service, relationship-building, and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ 1040s per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• onsite work at TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to train and follow company requirements.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations across personal and business income and deductions.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize refunds and plan for the future.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience both in person and using Intuit tools.
• Support local and online marketing efforts to build brand awareness.
