Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax expertise and client advisory at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle full-service tax return preparation, connect clients with broader Intuit services, and grow the local client base through community engagement.

You will work with a collaborative team, serve in-person and virtual clients, and help clients navigate complex financial situations while delivering a best-in-class experience.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite several hours per week (20+ hours) and complete required training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Interest in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to Intuit ecosystem services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end customer experiences.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as needed.
