Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services from a local TurboTax location. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, providing expert tax advice, refunds optimization, and seamless collaboration with the broader Intuit team and services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year‑round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via digital tools.
