Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while nurturing local relationships and driving client growth within the community.

You’ll collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, helping clients achieve financial prosperity throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
