Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns on-site and provide expert guidance to clients in local communities. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.

You will build relationships, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing support. Strong local presence and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred and active PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ federal/state returns). Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Serve as a local growth driver, engaging community and attracting new clients.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
