Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax prep, personalized advice, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem. You'll grow local client bases, deliver end-to-end service with support from marketing and product teams, and help customers navigate complex tax scenarios while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years tax returns prepared per season using professional software.
• Willing to onsite at TurboTax office, 20 hours per week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams to serve clients end-to-end.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person and via video tools.
