Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to guide clients through local tax needs, offering expert tax advice and hands-on preparation onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing support.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and clear financial guidance.
