Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and end-to-end service to the local community.

You’ll collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning. The role emphasizes strong client relationships, local outreach, and a superior customer experience, with training and marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Onsite presence required, 20 hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to wear uniforms and allow advertising with name/photo for branding.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Drive local growth by attracting new clients and building long-term relationships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
