Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will build local client relationships, grow the customer base, and coordinate with specialists for end-to-end service, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. Onsite presence and strong customer service are essential in a dynamic, community-focused role.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Completion of required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships that turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
