Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA or attorney).
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation with 30+ returns per season.
• Proficiency with professional tax software and client-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships.
• Work on-site with a collaborative team and participate in trainings.
