Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax office. You will serve in-person and virtually, helping clients with complex tax needs and planning for the year ahead.

You will expand the local client base, collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams, and deliver a trusted end-to-end Intuit experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in training
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
