Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage clients in-person and virtually, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios and optimize refunds, while coordinating with cross-functional teams for a seamless experience. You will grow the local client base, build trust in the community, and leverage Intuit resources to support year-round financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location and able to work 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Engage clients in-person and via video tools to deliver a great experience.
• Deliver top-tier customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
