Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory work at a TurboTax location. You will serve clients in-person and virtually, building deep understanding of their financial picture and connecting them with Intuit solutions for ongoing support.

You’ll grow the local client base as a community ambassador, conduct outreach, and leverage TurboTax resources to deliver seamless, end-to-end service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• onsite presence required at TurboTax location, hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, ~20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence for community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
