Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance for clients at a TurboTax location. You will serve both in-person and virtual customers, collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will grow the local client base, act as the community ambassador, and leverage TurboTax marketing tools to build long-term relationships and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
