Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with clients in-person and virtually, coordinating with a team of specialists to deliver a full financial services experience.

You will help grow the local client base, participate in community events, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience while adhering to training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN and 3+ years of federal/state tax return experience.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, M–F, at least 20 h/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience in-person and virtually.
