Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert advice onsite at TurboTax locations. You will engage with clients, absorb their financial context, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions, with a focus on rising client loyalty and year-round support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (simple to complex).
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Collaborate with business, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
