Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance in a local TurboTax location. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, and help connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build relationships within the community, drive local growth, and provide a best-in-class customer experience while aligning with Intuit’s resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and outreach.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
