Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, ensuring accurate tax solutions and proactive planning while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will build and nurture a local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing tools to grow TurboTax presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development programs.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with advertising usage.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Link clients to Intelliut ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and professional service.
