Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax scenarios and connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You will build a local client base, foster relationships, and deliver top-tier service while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support to grow your community business.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online community presence.
• Bilingual EN/ES is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across services.
• Build relationships for long-term loyalty.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and digital tools.
