Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation, provide advisory support, and build a local client base. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and expand Intuit’s services within the community.

Responsibilities include handling diverse tax situations, collaborating with specialists, and leveraging marketing tools to drive growth while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have EA/CPA or practicing attorney status with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training from Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office for 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via available tech tools.
