Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and full Intuit ecosystem guidance at local TurboTax locations. You will engage clients in person and virtually, grow the local client base, and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Role emphasizes building relationships, community involvement, and year-round client support with access to marketing tools and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Develop relationships and deliver year-round client support.
• Offer best-in-class customer experience and helpful tax planning guidance.
