Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location across the United States. The role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients.

You will work onsite, build local client relationships, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services in a dynamic tax-season environment.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and consent to advertising with name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community events and organize local activities with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and online.
• Engage with clients to ensure a clear financial path using Intuit resources.
