Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a TurboTax location. On-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local business, build relationships, and coordinate with specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, while adhering to training and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
