Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, serving on-site at a TurboTax location and engaging with in-person and virtual clients to build trusted, long-term relationships.

You will work closely with tax and advisory specialists to cover personal and business scenarios, while growing the local client base and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear provided uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a broader team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via video tools.
