Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will work closely with a network of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for every customer.

Qualifikationen

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used for advertising purposes.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a local growth driver, building a new client base and nurturing relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end Intuit service delivery.
