Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide expert tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve on-site, engage with clients, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end support across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA/attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, in-person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure end-to-end Intuit experience.
