Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a collaborative team to serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering personalized tax solutions and building a strong local practice. You’ll engage with the community, expand the client base, and help clients navigate complex personal and business tax scenarios using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build lasting relationships and foster trust in the local community.
