Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a real on-site TurboTax location across the United States. This role centers on full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and seamless collaboration with a network of specialists.

You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, and deliver a trusted, end‑to‑end experience in a community setting.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill to bookkeeping/payroll/advisory.
• onsite 20 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 availability.
• Willingness to complete training and compliance programs.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow advertising with name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete TurboTax preparation for clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long‑term relationships and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Engage with clients in person and via Intuit tools to resolve tax questions.
