Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation and provide expert tax advice while engaging with clients in-person and virtually. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, expand the local client base, and support community growth through events and marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and drive loyalty.
• Coordinate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week, with training as needed.
