Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States.

This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader team of specialists for end-to-end Intuit services. You will build local relationships, attract clients, and deliver outstanding service in person and virtually, contributing to TurboTax’s growth and community presence.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear provided uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across a range of personal and business tax scenarios.
• Deliver expert tax advice, calculations, and software support with clear everyday language.
• Collaborate with specialists covering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for full client solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Build relationships and deliver end‑to‑end Intuit experiences in client meetings.
• Leverage marketing tools and resources to support local growth and client engagement.
• Maintain on-site presence at a TurboTax location and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
