Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice, working with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will build local relationships, drive community engagement, and leverage TurboTax tools to grow your client base while delivering a high-quality customer experience during tax season and beyond.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
